PARALEGAL - FORECLOSURE DEPARTMENT (Yardley office)
The firm has an immediate opening in the Yardley office for a full-time paralegal for its Foreclosure/Creditors' Rights Group.
Candidate must have experience in residential foreclosure and/or bankruptcy and be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Must possess the ability to prioritize, work as part of a team, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Experience with Black Knight, Tempo and LPS preferred.

LEGAL SECRETARY/ASSISTANT- CREDITORS' RIGHTS/FORECLOSURE (Princeton office)

The candidate should have 3 years experience with Creditors' Rights/ Foreclosure. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and other staff as needed.
Tasks generally include drafting, responding to correspondence and updating client systems. The position requires substantial coordination with other legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys in multi-disciplinary team environment.
This individual must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. The qualified Legal Secretary will be a team player who can manage independent projects in a deadline-driven environment while utilizing strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently and accurately updating the firm’s internal case management system, as well as all clients’ systems.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
Drafting and Proofreading legal documents as required.
Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
Providing regular and timely client status updates, as well as continual follow-up on outstanding documents and or services. Coordination with title contacts to complete outstanding tasks such as recordings and retrieval of missing documents.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.

CREDITORS' RIGHTS/EVICTION PARALEGAL - (Red Bank Office)

Job Responsibilities:
Preparing Pleadings, Motions, Etc;
Daily communication with clients, defendants and tenants;
Research on-line Court files for documents; and
Data Entry in multiple Third Party web systems.
Job Requirements:
2 – 3 years of experience working in foreclosure and, evictions;
Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner;
Knowledge of state electronic filing system;
Perfect Practice case management knowledge a plus;
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer (Excel a Must) ;
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and tasks requiring detail, concentration, and accuracy;

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - BANKRUPTCY DEPARTMENT (Princeton Office)
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant in bankruptcy. This individual must have experience in representing residential mortgage servicers. Strong administrative background with trademark experience required. Duties include managing docketing software, preparing documents and communications specific to trademarks and patents. Facilitate and schedule meetings. Manage follow-ups and deadlines. Interface with attorneys, clients, agents and inventors. Knowledge of and experience with USPTO Trademark and Patent database. Attention to detail, resourceful, self-starter with can do winning attitude and desire to constantly learn and succeed in the practice of law as a career.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with IP matters related to prosecution, litigation, deposition and trial prep, primarily involving Trademarks
Prep filings with TEAS and PAIR
Correspond and interact with opposing counsel, federal agents, clients, potential clients, foreign counsel and vendors
Document review, proof reading, editing and formatting
Maintaining calendars and communicating with attorneys to meet deadlines
Assisting with business development, marketing and client retention
Assisting with case management, maintenance and organization of files
