Patent Agent (EE) Need in San Diego - our law client has a need to add an experienced Patent Agent with a EE or ME technical background to its busy national practice and their San Diego office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years prior law firm experience handling applications and office actions as well as working closely with corporate deal teams in a counseling role. Also desired is experience preparing opinion work and the ability to work closely with the national patent litigation practice. Candidates must be USPTO admitted.
