Winston & Strawn's Silicon Valley or San Francisco office is looking for a mid-level associate to join its intellectual property practice. The ideal candidate has at least three years experience with all aspects of trademark law, including prosecution and clearance, enforcement, and litigation. The position may involve counseling clients in connection with intellectual property rights, so a well-rounded foundation in the primary areas of intellectual property rights is required. We are seeking individuals who are independent thinkers and have the desire and ability to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful trademark prosecution and litigation practice. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. All candidates should be admitted to the California Bar.
