The Business Operations Team within Intellectual Property Licensing, is looking for a creative, technically savvy Senior Systems Design Analyst (Level 4), who will be responsible for the development, design, maintenance, and training on complex technical data systems that support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. aftermarket parts licensing activities.

This role provides broad exposure to the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Enterprise, working closely with key stakeholders in IP Licensing, IP Business Operations, BCA and BGS Supply Chain, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Engineering, BCA Supplier Quality, BGS Material Services as well as commercial aviation customers and suppliers. In the role, you will have considerable latitude to develop high value solutions that will have lasting impact on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.s support of aftermarket products and services.

This position is located in Tukwila, WA and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Role responsibilities:

*

Leads the development of new tools and processes that support IP Licensing and aftermarket activities.

*

Reviews process performance and approves process improvements.

*

Defines and reviews requirements for tool development.

*

Leads peer reviews of tool development products.

*

Leads the deployment of new tools and processes. Recognized as a subject matter expert on processes and tools.

*

Defines independent, creative methods to gather requirements, develops tools and processes.

*

Develops solutions to problems related to requirements.

*

Leads a functional analysis team to generate the functional architecture.

*

Guides the development and documentation of system architectures.

*

Evaluates, analyzes, and trades critical elements of the system architecture.

*

Leads system-level trades and analysis activities.

*

Trains and mentors others in system architecture definition and analysis.

*

Independently develops and executes one or more technical planning and control activities to ensure program management has program status and decision data in place.

*

Leads requirements verification and validation activities by planning, monitoring and controlling the completion status.

*

Prepares waivers and deviations for management approval.

Qualifications

Technical bachelors degree and typically 9 or more years related work experience or a Masters degree with typically 7 or more years or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Required qualifications:

Experience with the REDARS system.

*

Experience using Oracle/SQL for writing queries and reports.

Preferred qualifications:

*

Ability to handle multiple complex situations simultaneously.

*

Experience in commercial aftermarket aviation services.

*
