We are currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our market-leading Technology & IP Transactions group in New York . We are specifically seeking associates who have four to eight years of experience with technology- and IP-intensive transactions or other relevant experience, but will also consider associates with other types or levels of experience. Our associates have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including domestic and international transactions that Kirkland handles for public and private companies across a broad scope of industries including software, pharma and life sciences, consumer products, and media. Matters include mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, software and systems agreements, outsourcing, R&D agreements, technology transfer agreements, collaboration agreements, licenses (patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases), and other commercial agreements. Technical degree not required.
