Our well-regarded and prestigious law firm client has a need for exceptional Junior to Mid-Level IP Litigation Associates with 1-5 years experience (technical degree not required, but preferred - must be admitted to USPTO) to join its San Francisco office . Candidates should have a strong understanding of the patent laws and prior experience with patent litigation in a nationally recognized IP practice. Our client's practice has an emphasis on computer and electronics hardware, software, biotech and pharmaceuticals, but the cases cover a range of technologies for a range of clients. This is an opportunity to work on the most interesting and cutting-edge patent litigation in the country with loyal and committed clients.
