Our client, a premiere IP litigation boutique law firm, is seeking a lateral patent litigation associate, with 3-7 years of sophisticated patent litigation experience, to join its nationally ranked and growing Intellectual Property group in its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background/ME. Some industry experience might be preferred, as opposed to someone who went straight to law school. The firm just completed a successful trial in Chicago and their California partner would like to schedule interviews for when he is in the Dallas office next - probably within the next 2 weeks. So, time is of the essence! This firm hires only the best and the brightest lawyers. The firm provides a strong mix of hourly and “bet the company” plaintiff’s work. This role offers the opportunity to work with world class lawyers, in a family like environment - the absolute best of both worlds, professionally and personally. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Excellent verbal and written communication skills also are a necessity. Texas bar admitted candidates strongly preferred, but out of state candidates are encouraged to apply.
