Element Fleet Management is looking for an experienced administrator to join their Collateral Service – Initial Title team.  As the Licensing Associate, you will assist all drivers with maintaining legal plates on an ongoing basis.  Additionally, this role helps drivers maintain the ability to remain legal and on the road during company transitions, employee moves and other changes that affect the registration of their company vehicle.nDuties & Responsibilities:nFacilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle which may include: processing, buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, state to state transfers (retitling) and title follow up.nFollow Title Management Processing procedures when processing each type of transaction. This may also include title management projects where multiple units for one client are in need of processing and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals.nEstablish and manage relationships with internal clients and with independent external agencies (tag agents, dealers) to facilitate the title transaction processing.nAssist other team members as needed with their assigned work to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved this is done by monitoring  teamwork’s queue based on assigned region and leveraging capacity where needed to assist in team goal.nBecome a subject matter expert in assigned state for all titling functions.nnJob RequirementsnQualifications:nn2 or 4 year degree preferred or 2-3 years professional experience in office environmentnMS Office – proficient in the followingnnExcel – ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort datanWord – ability to create documentsnnnExcellent written and oral communication skillsnAbility to manage time and prioritize multiple tasksnAbility to focus on detailsnStrong work ethicnComfortable working in a fast paced organization, able to shift to different prioritiesnAbility to work independently and function within a team environmentnnElement Fleet Management is the world's leading global fleet management company, providing world-class financial and management services for commercial fleets.
