Manager, Inside Sales MarkMonitor, Part of Clarivate Analytics, is the global leader in enterprise brand protection. We are looking for a top-performing Inside Sales Manager to manage and mentor both our Inside Sales Corporate Accounts Team and our Inside Sales Development team (SDR). Responsibilities include day-to-day personnel management, team skills development, and helping the team drive new business revenue via inside sales demos and presentations. In addition, assisting the team in demonstrating the MarkMonitor suite of services and value proposition, pipeline development and forecasting, writing proposals, and helping to manage their sales opportunities from start to finish. More About the Position: This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of (2) SF based teams; (4-6 member new business inside sales and 4-6 member SDR team), mentoring and coaching, as well as, all typical personnel areas such as annual reviews, skills development, and training. This San Francisco based position, reporting to the Vice President of Sales, requires a high level of activity, heavy use of a CRM (Salesforce) and rigorous attention to detail. The Inside Sales Manager will have an understanding of the \u201crhythm\u201d of selling to achieve both quarterly and annual objectives. A documented record of accomplishment of success is necessary. Job Responsibilities: Help reps with prospecting, maintaining account plans and territory matrix Territory building, planning, maintenance, and accurate forecasting Assessing prospective client needs and assisting reps with qualifying opportunities Online presentations, demos and account reviews Help develop proposals, assist the team with pricing & contract negotiation, and certainly closing their deals Develop strategic processes and plans for the team around account management, growth through upsell and cross-selling activity (white spaces), and revenue growth Minimum Requirements: A BA in relevant course work and 8 years proven inside sales management experience working for a SaaS or software technology company, with a strong aptitude for SaaS technology solutions Experience working within the Intellectual Property (IP), Online Brand Protection, Antifraud, or Domain Management industries a big plus Heavy experience with consultative selling, as well as, conducting and teaching others how to perform effective software product demonstrations & sales presentations Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and online meeting software like WebEx Experience working in a team sales environment, and the ability to cultivate, build & maintain a competitive and fun working environment Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate easily & interpersonally with Senior Executives and C-level decision makers Capable of thinking creatively and making independent decisions Strong work ethic, holding both themselves and their teams accountable \u2013 leading by example MarkMonitor\u2014the world leader in brand protection\u2014safeguards the revenues and reputations of more than half of the Fortune 100 brands in the rapidly evolving digital world.
