**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. seeks to hire a mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized media, entertainment and IP practice in California. We are open to candidates in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. We work with entertainment and technology companies that create, use, and distribute content. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate lawyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience working on content-related claims, particularly copyright and/or trademark infringement litigation. Experience providing counseling services is a plus, but not required. A sense of humor and the ability to work as part of a team are definitely required. Former law clerks are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be active members of the California Bar in good standing, and possess strong academic credentials and writing skills.
We are relentlessly committed to client service and look for candidates who share that commitment. At DWT, client service means having empathy for each client’s and each lawyer’s work and personal pressures, business objectives, and legal needs; anticipating their needs; and having the capabilities and commitment to deliver what matters most to them.
To apply please submit your cover letter addressed to Deverie Hart, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, resume, copy of law school transcript, and a writing sample. We would appreciate you specifying how you heard about this position. We are accepting submissions from third-party recruiters at this time.
