Our trial-focused client in New York has an opening for a mid-level IP litigation associate who has at least two years of complex patent litigation experience. Special regard will be shown to candidates with experience in software, hardware, data, semiconductor, 3D printing, and high-tech manufacturing claims and cases, although the firm handles an even wider type of cases. Candidates are required to have at least a bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer science or computer engineering.
The firm values giving associates early exposure to clients, from initial pitches through trial and expects their lawyers to be able to handle same at a high level.
