In-House Patent Counsel in Seattle - our corporate client has a need for an experienced Patent Counsel with a minimum of 3 years law firm experience and 7-10 years of practice experience to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have significant client counseling experience, third party IP investigations and the ability to work with outside counsel to manage filing, prosecuting and maintain a growing US and foreign patent portfolio. This senior corporate counsel role will be responsible for intellectual property related activities for several business and technology teams, including training the business on patent filing and strategy, idea harvesting, management of patent application preparation and prosecution, addressing third party patent issues, and assisting in patent acquisitions and licensing.
