Winston & Strawn's Silicon Valley or San Francisco office is looking for a first-year associate (2022 JD) to support the firm’s Intellectual Property department. Candidates who are interested in IP Litigation work
and who also have a technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Candidates must have taken the July 2022 California Bar Exam. The Firm offers an IP Incentive Bonus to qualified candidates.
